How to add a one mile walk into your day routine?

Adding a one mile walk into the fitness mix comes with mental and physical benefits – and it’s relatively easy to sprinkle into your day:

  1. Waking up 15 minutes earlier and taking yourself around your block a few times.
  2. If you drive to work, figure out somewhere to park your car a little further away, so that you can walk the final mile in.
  3. Get off the bus or tube a few stops early, and get a 15 minute walk in.
  4. Walk to your next fitness class, rather than driving or taking public transport

P.S : Daily walk is very helpful for everyday routine, we all should adapt this in our lives.
